Facing an investigation or charge, regardless of the scale of the crime is a stressful, worrying and a confusing time.

The firm also operates a Serious Crime Department. This Department was set up to meet the needs and complexities of our more difficult cases such as serious frauds, rapes, gang related crimes, serious drugs offences and murders. With specialist systems and expertise we are able to analyse large amounts of evidence generated in such cases and prepare summaries, chronologies, schedules and exhibit lists and incorporating crucial cross-referencing to ensure the highest possible standard of documentary presentation at the Crown Court.
 

This detailed work enables our defence team to gain an immediate overview of a particular case. The department allows us to maximise the time we have for thorough case preparation from Committal stage through to the end of Trial.  Our vastly experienced team has dealt with major investigations and trials over the years obtaining excellent results for our clients, including those facing serious allegations of Assault, Manslaughter, and Serious Drugs Offences.
